Our products are formulated for external use only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Always perform a patch test before using any new product. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. QOI is not liable for misuse or failure to follow product instructions.
Ordering & Payments
All orders are processed via WhatsApp or our online checkout. Payments are accepted via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or card. Full payment is required before dispatch. Prices are listed in KES and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver within Nairobi and across Kenya. Free shipping applies to orders over KES 5,000. Delivery timelines vary by location. QOI is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our organic products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days once approved.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product formulations, is the intellectual property of QOI Grooming and Beauty Organics. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
